      Definitely!
      It can be a bit hard sometimes: if you make a mistake in your design you can end up with a huge mess (like this: http://tinyurl.com/jqj342z), but usually it’s really, really fun 🙂

      Everyone at my work loves having a peek at what other people have printed- we have a very wide variety of stuff being 3D printed at Loughborough Uni. There’s someone who 3D prints his own pasta, someone who printed dolls house furniture, some people who print textiles…
      Some of the staff like to print mini Star Wars characters in their free time- they keep a little collection of them in a glass cabinet in the office.
