      I am fortunate that in my company, we get hired to do world first type projects a lot. Not all projects are that, but so far I have worked on a device to repair the aorta from the inside and the tuberculosis diagnostic and DNA sequencing instruments I am currently working on will be first of their kind when they hit the market. There is a lot of confidentiality around what I do so I am afraid I can’t be more explicit.
