Pathological signs are the visible signs that appear on the image when we acquire the image of disease organ or structure. For example, a red dot or a a dark red blob on the image is the SIGN which indicates haemorrhage (abnormal bleeding from a blood vessel) which is a PATHOLOGY. Normal subjects do not have any pathologies, it is terms usually associated with diseases. Hope that helps!
