My top tip would be to ask questions! Be curious and if you like to try to solve problems that’s a great start. If you’d like to do a degree then try your best to get good grades, especially in maths and either physics, chemistry or both.
After that, just do what you love – my undergraduate degree was in Electronics with Music because I love both and it gave me a chance to combine my interests.

Glad to know that. Hope you really enjoy it when you become one.

First, generally to do well in engineering you need to have a very open mind and insatiable curiosity (question everything you are told and do not take anything for granted), good reasoning skills and problem solving capability.

Another thing is to have lateral thinking. Expand your breadth of knowledge in your area of research or in field of engineering.

Always try to think outside the box 🙂 And like what Vaanathi said, have an open mind- engineers always question things and try to make the world a better place. People said in the past “humans can never fly.” but engineers made planes!

Maths & the sciences are very important for engineers, so try your best at these in school & you can’t go wrong!
