I am motivated by the fact that my tool can help to reduce the suffering of people and can reduce the incidence of diseases or in the least reduce progression of them in few cases. When I develop a software tool and deliver it to hospitals and get a report of the number of patients being diagnosed early with our tool, it is very fulfilling and inspiring.
