      I like to take my mind off work for a bit- I’ll listen to upbeat music, or watch a cat video or something. Then I’m ready to tackle my work again!

      Painting or reading a good research paper (will know only after I read it so any research paper)

      I try to get my mind away from the problem for a little while, usually with sport. If you’re playing football, it’s impossible to think about work.
