      He was always fixing things himself, I wanted to be like him

      I’ve been thinking a lot about my mother’s father, who passed away before I was born. He definitely would have studied engineering if he had the money to do so, but life didn’t work out that way for him. He wasn’t my inspiration for studying engineering, but now that I am an engineer it makes me smile that I could fulfill this for our family.
