I’m not very active but I do like to go on my exercise bike as it is a great excuse for me to listen to fast cheesy music that I love. I also started doing a little bit of yoga in my living room but that is to relax.
Quite a few of the people I work with do park runs and a couple of them are quite into running marathons. The more software engineers I meet and work with, the more I realise how many different interests we all have which is fab.
not as active as i should be haha! but while working on site it is definitely physically demanding! lots of stairs and climbing about big heavy equipment. Makes it harder when you have to wear heavy boots, overalls and a hard hat too!
I always forget i have my hat on and hit my head off pipes as I’m walking!
Hi r06ma! I’m pretty active, I usually do 1 hour of yoga and 1 hour of pole fitness on a Monday. Then 2 hours of pole fitness on a Thursday! I’m trying to exercise in between and I want to start cycling to work! 🙂
