      A while back I made a magnetic accelerator, that used electromagnetic fields to accelerate magnetic “particles” (ie steel balls) at a target to explain particle accelerators. It reached 100 mph but after an “incident” I almost got shot by it. I’d like to make a safer version of it.

      I’d love to give people less fortunate that i was access to equipment and information that would hopefully inspire them to become an engineer.

      From working in lots of countries i have seen that not everyone is lucky enough to even realise they can be anything they want to be!

      I would like to design lots of science-y crafts and mini experiments, and take them into children’s wards to cheer up all the young people there!

      I’d like to make a 360 degree, fly-on-the-wall, behind-the-scenes video following software engineers in my group so as many people as possible can see what it is really like developing software for a living.
