• Question: whats you favourite renewable energy

      I really like tidal energy – I hope we see some big advances in this area soon. It provides really predictable, controllable and consistent energy. Tidal lagoons like the one being developed in Swansea can also act a bit like storage if needed.

      My favourite renewable energy is hydroelectric energy! That’s where you generate energy from water in fast flowing and/or steep rivers. You often need a dam to make a stockpile of trapped water. It’s just so simple and the power is available 24/7.

      I like solar energy, may be because I am researching on it. I also like hydroelectric energy. I have visited to see hydro power plants and I think it is a cool way of producing energy.
