Too difficult for me to pinpoint just one! But I do have one special one which I listen to prior to doing some deep thinking-Duel of the Fates composed by John Williams.
(played during the duel of Qui Gon & Obi-Wan vs Darth Maul)
Seven nation army (White Stripes)
Loose yourself (Eminem)

If I had to choose one it would be Lateralus by Tool. It talks about reaching our limits and testing our boundaries and then pushing beyond – discover what is out there. It also mentions that we start from the basics but it is up to us to progress beyond. For example, when you are a baby you can only see black and white – later you start seeing colours.
It also uses the mathematical Fibonacci sequence in parts of its lyrics (in the number of syllables) which is really cool.
