• Question: Do you use laser cutting machines?

      Yep! I love laser cutters. I’ve used them for card and plastic. In fact, if I won this competition I’d use the money to make kits for kids using a laser cutter 🙂

      I have used them at university – one of my favourite modules. I made a coaster I still have today.

      I don’t use them at work myself, but our suppliers use them to make the parts I design out of sheet metal. They are very accurate and fast. I have to take that in to account when designing and creating manufacturing drawings.

      I have used them before during my industry training in the university, but not afterwards.

      I don’t get to play with them myself, but I often need machines that have laser-cut parts. It is mesmerizing to watch!
