  I get paid well, I can’t complain – similar to a senior doctor or a barrister – though my job has a lot of stress sometimes (such as deciding on the fate of a non-profitable factory) and compromises (like travelling a lot, and at short notice), so sometimes I think I’d rather be back at a lab bench!
