Hello! My cats are the best breed – no breed at all. In fact, the practice of breeding cats is often bad for the cats themselves – breeders really need to be careful to avoid in-breeding, basically where cats are mated with relatives. This can cause health problems if done irresponsibly. I prefer the classic ‘house cat’ which is a mixed breed which can gain a healthy strong collection of genes from a wide variety of ancestors.
