It’s not really one thing but I would improve step-free access on th underground. Since having a baby last year it became clear how difficult it can be to get around with a pram. I can’t imagine what it must be like in a wheel chair. The challenge is that the underground is so old, the infrastructure is difficult to change.

So maybe something that could be put on en elevator to create a platform for wheelchairs or parks to safely ride up or down.

I think a cure for dementia. Or maybe a way to re-grow nerves like the spinal cord – or maybe GPS trackers you can put in kids so you can keep an eye on them (only kidding).

I think I answered this before, but I would like to invent what I call a get-along-machine – like a translator, but it doesn’t just translate language, it translates between cultures, and helps people understand how to get along, and not war all the darn time.
