The snow leopard in the forest is having a house warming party, and invited everyone in the forest to join. It has been raining a bit so the path to her house is rather muddy. She likes to keep her house clean so she asks her guests to take off their muddy shoes outside. She has arranged some shoe shelves for her guests to neatly line their shoes up.
Her guests started to arrive and most are happy to take off their shoes apart from some the parrot, the monkey and the snail.
The parrot arrives and says she hasn’t got dirty shoes as she has been flying.
The monkey says he has been swinging from branches to branches and hasn’t touched the ground.
The snail arrives and says she promises to slowly walk across the door mat to clean herself before stepping into the house.
After an hour, the snail has finished walking across the door mat. The snow leopard thinks she can finally starts the party when she heard someone counting, “47, 48, 49…”. It turns out that the centipede who has arrived 2 hours ago is only halfway through taking off his shoes!
