      The most used material is mild steel, our machines are mostly built from this.

      I don’t have a ‘workplace’ really, I work from my home in Cornwall and visit our materials processing facilities all around the place (we are in 45 countries)!

      So it really depends – our biggest selling product is marble powder (crushed marble rock), which is used in paint, paper and added to plastic; we sell maybe 5million tonnes a year… but we have other products that make much more money, like super pure quartz which is used in silicon-chip manufacture….
