Always look at the bigger picture!
1. I remind myself why overcoming that challenge is important to me (what are the benefits of it for me? it can be anything positive, even because it makes me feel good)
2. I plan how or what actions I need to take in order to achieve the results.
3. I prioritise my actions (put my actions in order of importance and urgency)
4. Focus on the task and work hard until I get to it 🙂
(sometimes it’s a bit more complicated, I might have a few crying sessions in between hahaha :D)
