  Good question.
  I think it would incentive sustainability and the thought process to how we use clean water and make people more aware of what links lie between the sewerage system and the wider environment, so the aim would be that it would be sustainable for a good decade.
  
  New technologies are always coming into place in the world of sewers and trenchless technology!
