Question: Why do you think it is good to be an engineer?

I mean Engineering is not the only good profession… it really depends if someone enjoys the things that engineers need to do. but since I like it, I will tell you in my opinion why it’s good.

Engineers have designed/invented/built many important things that in today’s world we just look at it like it’s not a big deal. I always think that they are many more things that can be designed/built/invented to improve our lives.

You get to work on many new things, you get to solve many problems, which all leads to learning so many new things that you never even thought about them.

What I also like, engineering makes you a very logical person, you make much better decisions based on logic, and not just emotions (some people might not like it, but I like it)

You get to meet loads of clever and experienced people who can teach you a lot about everything.

As an engineer, you just see everything so differently. When someone shows you something in your head you are trying to figure out how is it built? how does it work? why they made it like this? and all these things are so interesting and cool to me…

Also, as soon as you tell people you are an engineer, their faces always looks so impressed 😀 I like that hahah but this shouldn’t be the reason to be an Engineer 😉
