I have if you count drones that survey land, but the uses for survey drones in agriculture are pretty limited. Having grown up in a farming community and spoken with people in it today, most robotics comes in the form of networking and automation. For example, tractors can be retrofitted to be autonomous. Sensors can be setup to monitor the total amount of water going into and leaving a field to impressive degrees as well. Further technological advancements can be seen in processing of foods. I know an engineer who works with systems to identify blueberries that don’t meet an industry standard and automatically remove them.
