• Question: How much time do you get off if you need time off?

      I get 38 days holiday per year, but we also work flexi time, and given the amount of travelling involved, we work a TOIL system. So if I travel on a Sunday, I can take some extra time off when I would like to take it.

      I get 30 holidays per year. And as I’m doing a Masters degree my employers very kindly let me take time off when I need it to do university work, attend lectures or go to the library
