Question: What are the biggest challenges facing the company right now?

I’ll talk for my new company that I am heading to…. The biggest challenge is probably advancements in technology, we are always required to stay on top as it is quite a competitive market. This means constantly investing in new technology, new skills and new employees. It is quite easy to get left behind and then you lose out on orders.
