A successful team is one that is driven by the same target (so a clear and concise kick off meeting is very useful), communicates throughout their work (any updates or scope changes), listens to the rest of the teams ideas and builds on those ideas, and meets deadlines the team have set. To help achieve all these I think it’s really important to have regular catch up meetings to throw out loads of ideas and make sure you’re all still aligned.
If you can start to implement some of these ideas even in your group work at school today, it becomes second nature by the time you’re in a job 🙂
