      To be honest with you I signed up for this without knowing there was a competition element, I was just signing up as it seemed a great opportunity to share my love for engineering, especially since I never knew what engineering was at your age.
      In school sixth form my sister and I were jointly awarded a prize for being the most competitive though so I need to try to reign in my competitive side! #voteforme :p

      Like Jo I didn’t know there was a prize when I signed up for the event. I’m not sure what my chances are, after taking part in the chats this week and reading some of the other engineers’ answers there’s some tough competition! Everyone has really interesting ideas and backgrounds, with each of us having something different to offer. Obviously I would like to win so that I can donate the money to the cause (detailed in my profile) but I think we are all here to just share our love of engineering and hopefully inspire some of you guys to think about it as a career choice

      Actually, i didn’t know this was a competition when i signed up. For me this was a volunteering platform where I could I share my love for engineering and my experiences with the next generation of budding scientists and engineers. I’m happy if I can help someone with their career choices and if win – that’s the cherry on the cake 🙂
