• Question: What tools do you use to create your pieces ?

      In terms of Design of our products I use a few different computer programmes. Including;

      Finglow – To complete calculations for vessels
      AutoCAD LT – For completing 2D Drawings
      Autodesk Inventor – For completing 3D drawings and models

      And a number of different sizing programmes which are the companies own.

      In terms of Manufacture of our products we use a range of machinery, the biggest pieces are;

      Guillotines – For cutting sheet metal
      Rollers – For rolling sheet metal
      Profiler – Computer drawings are sent direct to this machine which cuts holes and shapes into sheet metal
      Welding Sets – For welding and adding connections to cylinders

      There are lots of other handheld tools and machinery which we also use but probably too many to list!!
