• Question: What would happen if you gave a customer the wrong supplies?

      If the customer received the wrong equipment they would make a complaint with our quality department and we would arrange to collect the unit. We would then try to rectify the problem or offer them a refund if it is our fault. It is very rare for us to receive returns due to the nature of our business. All of our equipment is bespoke so drawings are send to the customer for approval before the unit is manufactured
