When I was younger I went through all the usual phases of wanting to be an astronaut, fireman, stunt driver etc. but when I got to my GCSEs and A-Levels it became evident to me that I should stick with the subjects I enjoyed and that led me to engineering, I didn’t really have a specific job in mind at all! There are always jobs that sound amazing out there but in general if you enjoy what you do then it’s not so difficult to work up the motivation in the morning when the alarm goes off!
I would say it was to become a filmmaker. I actually made a few short films which made it onto film festivals and won some awards. Now I just make youtube videos about my work in construction. I still love making movies 🙂
When I was really young, I wanted to be a policeman actually. After watching a few movies, I quickly changed my mind and start thinking of being a pro traveller (still don’t know what that would involve)
