• Question: How important is your job to the company you work for?

      Hello! This is a great question! My job is very important to the rest of Jaguar Land Rover. My team will be the only people working on a particular car and within that team I am the only person working on the Engine processes. This means that without my role there would be no processes for the Engine Line on that particular car.
      It’s great to have the responsibility of my own area but it does mean there is a lot to catch up on if I’ve been off on holiday as there is no one to do the work while I’m off!
