  Great question! The sauce has to be very robust because if not the beans will fall apart but if it is too robust the beans will be hard.
  
  We need to understand the perfect recipe so the beans taste nice, things like how long we cook them for. It is my job to make sure all the machines are working so our beans taste how people like them!
