Question: What got you into studying pasta

It was a bit of an accident but I always wanted to work with food. I was lucky enough to get a job at Heinz and they wanted to but a new pasta machine. I had to travel to Italy to make sure it worked and now we can make almost any shape we can think of!

There are lots of different things I have to look into, for example if we leave it in the pots too long it all sticks togehter and if we try and drop it in from too high it breaks!

It’s really funny becuase we had to work out the best angle to drop Angry Bird pasta into the pots and it was like playing a real life version of the game!!
