• Question: What's your least favourite aspect of your job?

      Sometimes I have an experiment planned in at a factory, to test out a new piece of machinery or recipe, and at the last minute the factory manager can cancel it because they haven’t made enough beans that day… and sometimes this happens in the middle of the night!

      Admin!
      It is necessary especially to make sure we work safely but it also delays getting to do the exciting stuff as you have to fill out forms!
