• Question: Would You Change Your Job For 1 Million Pounds

      It’s a tempting offer…….I don’t think I would though. I really enjoy my current job and I find job satisfaction and doing something I love more important than how much money I make. If the new job was in an area that I found equally as interesting, or I could use the million pounds to start up my own company doing something just as challenging I might consider it though! What would you do if someone offered you a million pounds that you had to use for some sort of engineering challenge?

      I guess most people would and you might think I am mad but I probably would not change my job for a million pounds. I quite like things the way the are and I could end up doing a job that doesn’t interest me.

      I had a bit of a think about it from when the question popped up and talk to my partner…
      I don’t think I would, I have refused some well-paid jobs in last two years because I’m really happy where I am now. I have an amazing team, really great boss, I’m working on interesting projects and I have a possibility to learn and teach too.
