This is hard to judge. I’ve been doing what I do for a few years now but there are some people who have been working in this area their whole life. I would say between 3-5/10.

Ooh, that’s a tough question! I guess that depends on a lot of things. In my workplace, I probably have more experience with valves than others because I’m the only one working on designing valves and have done so for 7 years. So I could say 7/10 for valve experience.

If I had to say overall as a biomedical engineer, I’d say I’m about 4/10. There’s so much to still learn and do, especially from people who’ve been there long than me.

I’m not best-placed to judge myself, but based on how my research has been rated, the feedback I get from people I work with and awards myself and my team have won, I think it’s 8. There’s always scope to improve.
