Question: Why did you choose to be a Naval Architect?

I’d always had an interest in ships and submarines when I was growing up, so it seemed like a natural choice when my employer offered me the opportunity to train as a Naval Architect with a year in London at UCL on full pay. The MSc was hard work, but not a decision I regret at all – I’ve enjoyed my subsequent career.
