Question: Do you have angry customers?

Hi, I don’t want to make anyone angry, i would be very sad i did. I have a very hard job to ensure your water is on and safe to drink. If customers get angry it is because their expectations are high, that is always my thought as an engineer, when planning important works. “Would I be happy with that?”
