I spend my time trying to think of new ways to help protect people like you guys from flooding!

My Typical Day: No such thing as a typical day as it depends what I’m working on, that’s the great thing about being an engineer!

What I'd do with the money
I think people learn best by doing and seeing so I would use the money to create an exciting and interactive activity to take around to schools like yours to show you how exciting water engineering is!

How would you describe yourself in 3 words?
Curious, open minded and fun.
What's the best thing you've done in your career?
I once spent 4 weeks in camping in the desert in Kenya searching for water under the ground… pretty cool eh?!
Were you ever in trouble at school?
Not really… at least not that I can remember
If you weren't doing this job, what would you choose instead?
I don’t know, in my spare time I build surfboards. Maybe I’d do that!

The Arctic Monkeys
What's your favourite food?
Roast chicken and ceasar salad!
What is the most fun thing you've done?
I go surfing in Indonesia in my summer holidays.. it gets cooler every time!
