• Question: How much does it cost to make something on a 3D printer and what is the most amazing thing that you have made on it?

      It really depends on the size of the model and whether you print it solid or hollow.

      The prosthetic hand that I made only cost £3.50 in materials to make. (You can see a photo of it if you expand the MyTypical Day section on my profile page)

      I find that amazing because it can transform the life of someone who has no fingers for just the cost of a McDonald’s Happy Meal
