• Question: If a camera is sold to a customer but turns out to be faulty, do you have to take the blame for it?

      Yes, I will take the blame for it. Our cameras are built with serial numbers embedded in them. These numbers link to the cameras history – so where it was built, what was done to it, at exactly what time, then of course who built it and who was in charge of this (which would be me!).

      I’ve not had a faulty camera returned from the customer (and I hope I never do!) We have quite effective test and quality control steps that stop a faulty camera from ever getting out. If it does happen, the most important thing to do is to find out how it got out and how to stop it from ever happening again. It’s important to look after your customers and give them a high quality product – also I don’t fancy getting in trouble haha.
