• Question: If you had infinite money funds what would you create?

      I’m lucky in that money isn’t too much of a concern for my research at the moment, there are very few things that we don’t do simply because we can afford it. By far the biggest barrier to progress is the technical complexity – it takes a long time to develop great technology.

      Assuming that this wasn’t an issue though, I would really love develop retinal prostheses (artificial eyes) further – imagine being able to literally make the blind see again.
