      It is already transforming it! AI is used to enhance designs and optimise efficiency of systems. as AI gets smarter the benefits will keep improving.
      Many of our sensors are fitted into automous underwater vehicles – AI is yet to be applied there yet… but it wont be long!

      Hi Canj27,

      The engineering industry will keep improving as we understand more and more about how to build machines to do what we can. Take self driving cars for example, It’s already being tested as a shuttle to take students around campus at the university of Michigan, If it’s successful, the way we live will be very different. AI has the potential to affect all industries in positive ways but much work is still to be done.
