I drank loads of water then i weighed myself. Then I went for a pee and then I weighed myself. I subtracted the two weight measurements to find out how how much I had peed.

      It was just over a 0.5kg ~ 1 pint.

In a physics science lesson at school we were given a small foil pie case with a raw egg broken egg in it, some cotton wool and foil. We had a tea light candle and we had to design and construct an insulated “cooker” to cook the egg in the most efficient way. Efficiency was measured by weighing the candle before and after the experiment, the least wax used to cook the egg would be the most efficient team in the class. We built a foil oven around the egg, insulated with cotton wool, with a small aperture to light the candle. When lighting the candle though the match caught the cotton wool and the whole structure burst into flames! after an impressive 30 second inferno the flames died down and, once cooled we peeled back the blackened foil… behold the egg was cooked…

      with no wax consumed!!!
      Super Efficient!

We once had to design a system that lasted upto 4hrs when in 200DegC of heat. We got to put all of the parts in a furnass and test them to see which ones melted. That was probably the most fun one at work.

      Hi Jay,

My favorite experiment was building a signal jammer, that’s a device that blocks all networks so it makes your phone look like it’s in Airplane mode even though you didn’t turn that on. It was really exciting when I tested it and everyone in the room lost signal!
