• Question: Do you think that you fit the stereotypical style of an engineer... e.g.geeky or a gamer?

      Hmmmm in some ways yeah (I’m good at maths, I have an engineering degree, I spend time at work doing engineering calculations)…

      But I’m not really into games/comic books or whatever, sport takes up most of my free time.

      tbh only the small minority of people at work fit that stereotype, most people are pretty normal I’m afraid…!

      Overall, probably not. And most of my colleagues are regular sort of people.

      I do like computer games! I guess I am a bit geeky but I think one of the worst stereotypes is that we have no social skills (thank you big bang theory). It’s actually really important to be able to get on with people and work as part of a team.
