      Yes I work with a team of other engineers within our office but there will also be a larger design team involved with a new building so I would need to work with Architects, civil engineers, acoustic engineers and others. Having good communication skills is really important.

      The ATLAS experiment has more than 3000 people working on it. It is a massive project but there are obviously sub groups working of different aspects of the experiment. Most of the 3000 people are physicists working on analysis while the engineers build and design the detector.
