• Question: The LHC seems like a truly amazing thing to work on. Do you still think it is amazing every day, or has the novelty worn off?

      I am always amazed by the LHC. I always gasp when I actually see the detectors especially when you are faced with their gigantic size. The beauty of the LHC and its experiments is that they are open ended experiments. We are like old time sailors we know that there is something to be discovered but we don’t exactly know how and when we will get there. This is where the excitement comes from. There is always work to do and equipment to improve. I know you are still in school but if you are determined and you work really hard you might be able to join us and be part of this exploration journey 😉
