• Question: What makes you worthy of the £500 more than the other engineers?

      Everyone will be doing something worthwhile with the money. I’ll be donating it to the museum of science and industry in Manchester to help them run science workshops, so I can’t really say my cause is any better than anyone else’s!

      Amanda’s right, we’re all worth a vote!

      If I won I would give the 500 squid to our Outreach team who organise visits to schools and pay for cool equipment to show kids in schools – the lady from outreach said this when I emailed her to say I’d give her the moulah:

      ‘I’m sure we’d be able to come up with something fun and ISIS-y to spend the money on: preferably something related to the projects you’re working on!’
