• Question: do you like cars planes or ships

      A big “Yes” to all of the above.
      I would have to answer “Yes” to that, as just about the whole of my working life has been connected with the motor industry in one way or another.

      I wouldn’t be able to pick one really! all three of them require so many people and so many hours to be designed and to be built. loads of research goes into all three of them, and it’s not easy to say which one is more interesting. all three are very fascinating to me.

      Cars are great fun and really useful, but if I need to go somewhere faster a plane is great. If I want to go somewhere far and don’t mind the length of time of the journey then a ship is great.

      Hmm, I would have to say my favourite has got to be planes of course! There are so many types for different purposed. The engineering is so interesting to keep them up in the air. I did my first degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics and I was in the RAF so got to spend a lot of time around different aircraft and studying them. They’re pretty cool, really.

      Ships because I love the sea, grew up by the sea and love being around water.
