Do you mean at my interview?

As if you do I had a practical side (material identification, measuring parts practical questions in the workshop)

      Then an email assessment.

And then a 30 min interview.

As advice for the future make sure you always have a portfolio full of photos of work you have done or even better actual examples, as this is what got me the position I’m in today

To do a PhD, you have to do at least one degree in a related field before you are eligible to apply. You should also perform well in that degree to show that you’re capable of doing a PhD. Then you have to do an application form, which is slightly different for different universities: some just want a covering letter and a CV, some want you to fill out an online form and others ask you to do a technical test or provide samples of your work. After this point most, if not all, will want you to come for an interview.

I smile a lot makes people happy they give me the job 😀 ahahah joking

Well I did a Bachelor in Biomedical engineering then a Masters in Biomedical Engineering, then I decided I want to have more years of student discount on stuff so I applied for a Doctorate in Engineering 😀 (that’s not the reason, I was very interested in the project that was being advertised at the University for this role). So I applied for it, I had to write a cover letter (explaining why I think this job suits me and I will be good, and they can’t find anyone better than me for the job 😀 ) and also my CV. Then I had one interview with the university and after they liked me, they sent me for an interview in the industrial sponsor. in my interview at the company, 3 people were present, they asked me before to prepare a presentation and I had to present it to them. After that, they asked me loads of technical questions about materials science and also engineering. my interview lasted for 2 and half hours. a few days later they called me and they said they would like to offer me the position of a research Engineer… Was a very good day … 🙂 So now I’m doing my degree in Engineering Doctorate in micro and nanomaterials and technology, and I have 1 year and 7 months left :
