      Heck that’s a good question Dasiy…..!

If the population keeps growing it’s going to be busy, we need to find better ways of feeding people, and fixing them when they are poorly.

I would like there to be peace, and more balance to the world, I don’t like how so many people have so much (stuff/money/food) when soooooooo many don’t!!!

      Daisy, nice question.

The way we are currently destroying the planet, I’m not too sure. We have a limited time, to solve many problems. We need to actually do something about the global warming. There are loads of people on the planet but not enough food and clean water in some places. I hope the world leaders also start realising that making wars with each other is not going to help us, and it would be better to have peace in the work and focus on a better life, than making wars and destroy more things. I hope that in the next ten years we have at least found a better and more sustainable way of living.

That’s an interesting (and very difficult!) question. You’re really making me think this morning! I hope I don’t come across as too negative!! I think there’s a lot of potential for good but we, as a whole population, need to make some pretty key changes for a positive future.
I think the easier question is how I would like the world: I would like the world to have realised the damage we are doing to it and each other. I’d like us to start seeing each other for our similarities and strengths rather than our differences and weaknesses. The respect for others is the first step to a safer and more peaceful world. We also need to respect the planet we live on and the other species/nature that are part of that. I would like us to have made progress to reverse the damage we have done.
I think the more difficult question is what will the world be like…with the way the human population is treating the planet, I think the climate, wildlife and environment will be very different. I think species will have died out because of our actions. Society is pretty selfish (I think) it terms of the fact that as a population we do most things to make our own lives easier without thinking about the impacts on other species or the climate or our pollution. I think society will carry on very similar to now with international tensions and and conflicts.

      Wow! Powerful question.
What do I think it’ll be like; well looking at the way the world it, it looks like it will be very busy and quite damaged by a lot of irreversible causes, but I like to believe that as we are becoming more aware, we can change it, and save it.

How would I like the world to look like in 10 years time, full of fresher air, harnessing lots of renewable power, a safe place for everyone to live in a harmonious way, with the access to the basic necessity in life such as water, sanitation, somewhere safe to live, and to be more connected through technology.
