Depends on my mood 🙂 but we have to dress formally at my company, so somedays I wear a dress or skirt, but some days I wear trousers with a top. same for shoes, either flats or heels 🙂 but if I have to go to the lab, I have to wear safety boots and a lab coat
I know that this sounds like a “politician’s” answer, but whatever is appropriate to the situation – scruffy clothes and overalls if I am scrambling all over crashed car to a smart suit when I am in court giving expert evidence.
That depends on the day. Generally, I wear what I want. I’m able to be quite casual (jeans/jumpers/skirt), if I’m just in the office or lab getting on with my work. If I have a meeting with a company or anyone from outside the university I’ll dress a but smarter and put a dress or a smart skirt on. I’m pretty much always in comfortable shoes because I believe I do my best work when I am comfortable 🙂
Depends on the day and how I feel when I wake up, usually a pair of jeans, comfy shoes, a shirt and jacket.
If I have a presentation or event to attend would properly wear more formal shoes, smart trousers and a blazer.
I try to avoid a tie at all cost and have so far managed quite well to do that, both as I don’t like them and they do not go well with chemicals or machinery.
